Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Your order will be shipped with tracking and insurance as soon as possible after your order has been made. Please allow me 7 working days for items to be collected from the studio or gallery and carefully packaged for you. The following estimated delivery rates apply:

• FREE – Free UK Delivery / your painting will be delivered by private courier or may be personally hand delivered I will contact you to arrange a time that suits you.
• Starting from £70.00 – European Delivery (Buyers responsible for any customs/Import duty)
• Starting from £90.00 – International Delivery (Buyers responsible for any customs/Import duty)

Returns

All sales are final on bespoke commissions but on paintings ready made on my website I accept a return request within 24 hours of you receiving your painting. The buyer is responsible for the cost and packing of the painting in its original packaging. A refund is only given once the painting has arrived safely back to me in its original condition. Your paintings are packed with the upmost care but on the rare occasion damage occurs in transit please provide photos of damaged packaging and contents within 24 hrs of delivery and email to info@stephanieclaireart.co.uk
