Workshops

I’m Steph and I’m a full time artist who rediscovered art after suffering from PTSD at work and its ability to switch off that noise in your brain and transport you to a calm and meditative space and now I’d love to share its benefits with you!

As a qualified person centred counsellor I appreciate the therapeutic benefits that igniting your creativity can bring and I work in a way that allows you to discover something new about yourself and perhaps even be surprised by the beauty you can create from nothing!

In this 2 hour workshop you will be introduced to various alcohol ink techniques

You will explore, experiment and play with blending fluid colours whilst enjoying its meditative like benefits.
This workshop requires zero experience and is fun and relaxed. It’s suitable for those looking to learn alcohol ink painting techniques, whether they deem themselves to be a seasoned creator or haven’t touched a paintbrush since school!
