Workshops
I’m Steph and I’m a full time artist who rediscovered art after suffering from PTSD at work and its ability to switch off that noise in your brain and transport you to a calm and meditative space and now I’d love to share its benefits with you!
As a qualified person centred counsellor I appreciate the therapeutic benefits that igniting your creativity can bring and I work in a way that allows you to discover something new about yourself and perhaps even be surprised by the beauty you can create from nothing!
